Can we visit your shop?

Yes, of course! You can look, buy, or just get to know us better. We enjoy speaking with and getting to know customers, fellow farmers, tractor pullers, or individuals passionate about agriculture.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship parts all over the continental U.S. and overseas. We send smaller items through USPS or UPS. For larger items, we ship it through freight. If an item is readily available, we ship it in 1-2 days.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Missouri. We do a charge a fee that is dependent upon the item we're delivering and your location. We calculate the amount, and we incorporate it into the total price.

If you purchase an item or items from me, do you offer total removal?

Yes, we'll come pick up the item or items anywhere you are located. We collect the items on a day and time that is agreed upon.

Do you offer warranty?

We offer warranty on certain parts. For new and used parts, we offer a 30 day warranty. We will either refund you or replace the part.

If a part I'm interested in isn't readily available, how long will it take for the part to become available?

The time it takes is dependent upon the workload we have at the time, but it generally takes us a week to get a part ready for delivery or shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, PayPal, or check. Checks can be made out to Thomas Grant Newton or Newton Machinery and Tractor Salvage. PayPal payments can be made to tnewton@iland.net. Items must be paid in full before we ship or deliver them.
